Dr Lily Kho Chye Lee

Dr Lily is an experienced Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and female Fertility Specialist in Singapore, with more than 15 years of experience in fertility, obstetric, and gynaecological care. Her practice focuses on fertility treatments, pregnancy care, and the management of various women’s health conditions.

After many years in public service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Dr Lily continues her practice at Alpha IVF Centre & Alpha Women’s Specialists Singapore, where she brings together her clinical experience to provide comprehensive and patient-centred care for all.

 

Clinical Expertise

Dr Lily has extensive experience in managing couples facing subfertility and reproductive health concerns. She provides fertility treatments including intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilisation (IVF), and elective egg freezing (EEF), with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Beyond fertility care, Dr Lily is also well versed in obstetrics and early pregnancy management. She supports women through early pregnancy, antenatal care, and general obstetric care, with a special interest in the management of pregnancy-related complications such as recurrent miscarriages.

Her gynaecology practice includes the management of common women’s health conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometrial hyperplasia, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and menstrual disorders. Dr Lily is also experienced in diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, office hysteroscopy, as well as both laparoscopic and open gynaecological surgeries.

 

Education & Training

Dr Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She subsequently completed her postgraduate specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Singapore and attained membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (United Kingdom), alongside her Master of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) in Singapore.

Medical Teaching & Leadership

During her tenure at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Dr Lily served as the Deputy Lead of the Urgent O&G Centre, where she oversaw its acute obstetric and gynaecological care services. She also spearheaded the Miscarriage Workgroup, focusing on improving care pathways and support systems for women experiencing pregnancy loss.

Beyond her clinical roles, Dr Lily was passionately involved in medical education and academic teaching. She served as a Clinical Assistant Professor under the SingHealth Duke-NUS Obstetrics & Gynaecology Academic Clinical Programme and contributed as a Clinical Teacher and Clinical Practice Facilitator at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Dr Lily was also an examiner for undergraduate medical examinations at both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
