This service allows patients to consult our doctors online for selected fertility, women’s and men’s health concerns without the need to visit the clinic physically.
Teleconsult allows for:
- Timely medical advice for your condition, at a location of your choice, via your device.
- Reduction in travelling and waiting time.
- Less exposure to infection risks.
What is Teleconsult?
Teleconsult is a real-time online medical consultation conducted via a secure video platform. It is ideal for:
- Enquiries on In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Egg Freezing
- Review of results (laboratory, tests, scans)
- Men’s Health
What do you need to know?
- Patient Consent is mandatory before consultation.
- Doctors reserve the right to convert a video session to an in-person appointment based on their professional discretion.
- Secure video sessions are conducted via Plato Connect, to ensure compliance with Singapore MOH’s telemedicine requirements.
- Your personal data and health records are fully protected under Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and healthcare data security standards.
- This service is not suitable for emergencies or for cases that require physical examination.

Payment instructions will be sent to you in an e-mail after submitting the Eligibility & Consent Form. You will receive an email with your confirmed appointment upon successful payment.
Yes. Our doctors can prescribe medications, and you can arrange for an in-clinic pickup. Patients are required to come down in person and present valid identification. Collection on behalf of the patient is not allowed under any circumstances.
MCs are issued at the doctor’s discretion and can be sent electronically to you after the consult.
No. Currently, teleconsultations are only permitted for patients who are physically in Singapore at the time of the consultation, as per MOH guidelines.
Yes, for selected conditions. Initial consults for advice can be done virtually.

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
Consultations are not recorded to protect the privacy of our patients.
We will call you to reschedule your consultation if the issue cannot be resolved. If needed, a face-to-face appointment will be arranged for you.
$185.30 (Inclusive of 9% GST)
